КАТЕТЕРНАЯ БАЛЛОННАЯ КРИОАБЛАЦИЯ У БОЛЬНОГО СИНДРОМОМ БРУГАДА

Представлен клинический случай синдрома Бругада, диагностированного после внутривенного введения прокаинамида, когда в связи с рецидивирующим течением фибрилляции предсердий была выполнена катетерная баллонная криоаблация устьев лёгочных вен, а индукция в ходе электрофизиологического исследования фибрилляции желудочков потребовала имплантации кардиовертера-дефибриллятора.
