Abstract
To check the accuracy of reconstruction of epicardial and endocardial potentials using simultaneous epi- and endocardial mapping, 14 patients with the manifesting WPW syndrome and ventricular extrasystoles were examined.

Abstract
To assess immediate results of interventional treatment of atrial fibrillation, effectiveness of primary procedures of the pulmonary vein isolation, and electrophysiological causes of recurrence of atrial fibrillation and flutter, 126 patients (97 males and 29 females) aged 15 68years (mean 49.7±8.2years) with the atrial fibrillation history of 1 22years (mean 7.36 years) were examined.

Abstract
To develop the management strategy for patients with tachycardia-bradycardia syndrome, 25 patients (18 men and 7 women) aged 58.2±2.3 years were examined; in 11 patients, radiofrequency isolation of the pulmonary vein ostia was preceded by cardiac pacemaker implantation; in 14 patients, pacemaker implantation was indicated shortly after radiofrequency ablation.

Abstract
To verify the accuracy of topical diagnostics of frequent ventricular extrasystoles of non-coronarogenic using cardiac non-invasive activation mapping, 22 patients (11 men and 11 women) aged 16 58 years (mean 33.4 years) were examined prior to endocardial electrophysiological study and radiofrequency ablation of ectopic focus.

Abstract
The analysis of survival and potential approach to management of patients with congestive heart failure and chronic atrial fibrillation was presented; the successful experience of use of resynchronizing implantable cardioverters-defibrillators and pacemakers in combination with radiofrequency ablation of atrio-ventricular node was provided.
CASE REPORTS

Abstract
The results of examination and treatment are given for a 58 year old patient with persistent atrial fibrillation, in whom the successful re-operation because of early recurrence of therapy-resistant arrhythmia was performed 5 weeks after the initial procedure.
63-66 139
Abstract
The case report of examination and treatment is provided of a female patient with the Wolff Parkinson White syndrome, in whom the adenosine triphosphate test was used to reveal retrograde ventriculo-atrial conduction through an accessory pathway.
67-70 230
Abstract
The case report is given of elimination of ventricular tachycardias from areas around the post-operation scar in a 55 year old male patient with coronary artery disease and post-infarction cardiosclerosis after the aorto-coronary bypass grafting surgery and aneurysmoplasty by Dor followed by implantation of cardioverter-defibrillator.
71-74 160
Abstract
The case report was given of a female patient with the chronic heart failure clinical progression after implantation of a pacemaker in VVI mode with pacing of the apical area of the right ventricle caused by development of a considerable myocardial dyssynchrony.
