Abstract
To develop approaches to the “labyrinth” radiofrequency atrial fragmentation, reveal predictors of early sinus node dysfunction, and develop approaches to its prevention, 200 patients aged 50.1±10.2 years, including 186 patients with acquired heart disease and 14 subjects with congenital heart disease, were examined and surgically treated.

Abstract
To assess effectiveness of radiofrequency catheter ablation (RFA) of long-standing atrial fibrillation (AF) after both the mitral valve replacement with biological valves and unsuccessful “labyrinth” procedure, 10 patients aged 48±7 years (6 women and 4 men) were examined and treated.

Abstract
To assess effectiveness and safety of dual-chamber pacing in patients during ongoing paroxysms of supraventricular tachyarrhythmias, 24 patients (10 men) aged 68.1±2.3 years were examined; control group consisted of 25 patients (11 men) aged 67.1±2.1 years in whom implantation was performed at the background of the sinus rhythm.

Abstract
To assess effectiveness and safety of radiofrequency ablation of slow atrio-ventricular pathways in irrigated regime using non-fluoroscopic navigational mapping, 160 patients aged 37.2±6.6 years were examined and treated.

Abstract
The following causes of ineffective radiofrequency catheter ablation of typical isthmus-dependent atrial flutter are considered: selection of conduction block criteria, peculiar features of isthmus anatomy, use of different types of ablative catheters.
